Director’s Message

It gives me immense pride to share the journey of TAABIR Technical & Vocational Center (TTVC), which began in January 2023 with a vision to empower our youth through quality technical and vocational education. When I accepted the kind invitation of Mrs. Ashraf, CEO of TAABIR, it was with the dream of creating opportunities for those who could not afford the high costs of skill-based training.

Our mission, “Mission TAABIR,” was built on a simple yet powerful belief: no dream should remain unfulfilled because of financial limitations. Over the last year and a half, we have witnessed this vision turn into reality. With the tireless efforts of our team, we enrolled more than 350 students, gained recognition from STEVTA, Sindh TTB, and NAVTTC, and proudly celebrated our first Annual Graduation Ceremony in February 2025, where 100 students successfully graduated with accredited certifications.

Through national programs such as NAVTTC’s Prime Minister Youth Skills Development Program, and international certifications like Microsoft AI-900, we have equipped our students with the skills needed for today’s competitive world—particularly in cutting-edge fields like Artificial Intelligence and Web Development. Most importantly, all of this has been made available free of cost or at very minimal fees, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for the underprivileged.

As I reflect on this journey, I am inspired by the resilience, passion, and determination of our students. Their success is the true reward of our efforts. At TAABIR, we remain committed to opening more doors of opportunity, nurturing talent, and empowering the next generation with skills that create a better tomorrow.
